This is a 2 hour evening class where participants will have a chance to “play” in the kitchen, take home some recipes and sample our wonderful dishes.

Raw in a Rush – Quick Whole Foods for Busy People
If you think you can’t eat healthy foods on the run, you need this class. Whether you are working too much or running the kids here and there, you can eat whole foods and we’ll throw in a bonus of more energy and better sleep so you can keep the momentum(if you must).
This is a 2 hour evening class where participants will have a chance to “play” in the kitchen, take home some recipes and sample our wonderful dishes.
